kirsten dunst in virgin suicides, directed by sofia coppola, my own screen caps

a word of advice, this probably isn't the best film to watch at four in the morning.

ps, do any of you know brighton well? i'll be there next week, and it'd be nice if any of you could recommend some nice things to do during the day (don't worry, i'm sorted for the nighttimes, having older friends helps occasionally!). either leave a comment or email me (rebecca (dot) cohen (at) hotmail (dot) co (dot) uk) - thank you! i should be able to get another post in before i leave (:

  1. my best thing to do there is the 2p slots, i could spend hours on them! also theres an amazing cupcake shop there in the lanes which make 'flake 99' cupcakes.

Oh yh and right by office is ben's cookies, best cookie EVER :D haha can you tell i was there recently? :p

  2. I don't think I'll ever get over the virgin suicides. ever. everything about it is so perfect. but you're right, maybe not the best four in the morning feature xox

  3. i don't know it too well, but i agree with 'two sugars please' about the cupcake shop, it's called angel food bakery. i went there about two weeks ago :) the displays are so pretty, i recommend the banana cupcake, it's delicious! i got that and a cup of earl grey tea and got change from a fiver, that's pretty good considering the prices here in london! :)

there's this amazing shop, but i've completely forgot the name, so sorry! but basically it's in the busy shoppping area of brighton, where there are loads of vintage and retro shops, but it's not the lanes. you have to go through turnstiles to get into the shop, which is full to the brim of vintage, antiques and secondhand pieces. it's like a market and jumble sale mixed together! i hope somebody on here knows the place i'm on about!

    have fun in brighton!

  9. i've never seen the film properly; just snippets... this must be rectified.

i went to brighton recently, but didn't really go anywhere out of the ordinary. there's the lanes, of course, with their little vintage shops and cafes... and there's the cutest cake i can't remember the name of! have fun x
